Meda is an international specialty pharma company with its own sales organizations in over 55 countries and operations expanding in growth markets.

Meda is the 50th largest pharmaceutical company in the world. At the end of 2012, Meda had 2,900 employees, about 1,800 of whom work in sales and marketing.

Sales and marketing activities are carried out via agents in countries where Meda has no representation. Meda’s pharmaceuticals are sold in more than 120 countries.

Meda’s product portfolio is divided into three main areas:

OTC (nonprescription products)
Branded Generics
