任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，高分子材料、化工相关专业毕业
2、熟悉化工生产、质量管理体系及过程控制方面工作；

3、熟悉化工生产管理，掌握化工生产工艺；
4、八年以上化工企业生产现场管理工作经验，3年以上管理工作经验；
5、备较强的执行力、组织指挥、沟通协调能力；
6、熟悉酚醛树脂、工业树脂者优先考虑；
7、具有外企、大型国企相关工作经验者优先考虑。

8、具有较强的分析判断能力、沟通协调能力；

岗位职责：
1、组织制订化工厂各项生产计划，编制化工厂其他工作计划，组织开展生产活动；
2、组织和监督化工厂安全、环保、职业卫生管理工作；
3、管理化工厂生产管理过程中日常行政事务等工作。
