CORE RESPONSIBILITIES（关键职责）：

1、Schedule control,  Site progress check, schedule monitoring and tracking, and updating  schedule risk analysis and measurement 进度控制、现场进度检查、进度监控和跟踪，进度风险分析和改进

2、Support the project team, especially ZPG  throughout the progress of the project as coordinator 协助项目各方现场工作，技术协调、施工协调

3、Coordinate the site activity among LDI, GC, RECO, and any other involving parties, monitoring site activities and achieving project deliverables per milestone schedule;根据里程碑节点监控各方实施进展和协调 

4、Communicaiton and report, attend important site meeting, site visit and quality check, periodically send weekly site report, lop list and risk register, weekly meetings etc. 定期参加项目例会、周会、现场巡检并发送状态报告和风险登记册

5、Guarantee, monitor the execution of obligation of RECO, contractors on site per contract, and finalize lop list if necessary.  根据各方合同责任约定，监督现场实施状态和定期反馈，质量整改跟踪 

6、Site management ,construction management , construction coordination, quality management, 现场管理、施工管理、施工协调、质量管理

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (任职资格要求)

1.    Bachor degree in MEP  related大学以上机电\工程相关专业 

2.    一级建造师资格优先，英语沟通和书面表达良好， 大学英语四级或者以上  

3.   5-10年相关项目管理经验，丰富的现场工程管理经验

Competencies （其他能力）

1. 熟悉计算机程序Word，Outlook，Excel和Powerpoint

2. 良好的沟通和商務談判技巧 、

3. 基本的英语口语表达和书面能力
