仓库管理员负责日常的仓库活动，以保障产品合理的存放，并按照客户的要求在规定时间内合理的交付。
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for daily warehouse activities to ensure the products and materials are stored properly, and delivered on time according to the request from the customer.
岗位职责

产品装卸和储存Product handling and storage
- 根据工作指导，确保仓库产品的安全处理
Ensure safe handling and security of warehouse products according to work instruction
- 维护仓库的存放条列，使每一个产品在库存容易获得并被跟踪
Maintain warehouse properly to make every item in stock easy to access and trace
- 每月清理慢速移动物品并及时报告过期物品
Clean up slow moving items on monthly base and report expired goods in time
- 及时接收并检查库存货物
Receive and inspect incoming goods in inventory in time

第三方物流管理The 3rd supplier management
- 和第三方物流协调，确保第三方物流按照德尔格操作指示进行，确保年审顺利通过
Cooperate with 3rd supplier in warehouse operation, make sure their operation comply with Draeger standard, and ensure the successful result of annual audit
- 及时实施培训给第三方物流以保证第三方物流对德尔格操作标准及时了解
Conduct training to 3rd supplier timely to ensure their understanding of Draeger operation standards

出库Product/Material Deliver
- 出货，包装和与物流供应商协调，以确保及时向客户交付货物
Stock out, pack and ship goods to logistic supplier, eventually deliver to customers at required time

其他Others
- 实时输入数据，以确保系统的更新
Input data in system in real time to make sure the system is updated
- 遵循标准和流程来维护安全健康的工作环境，遵守所有质量，安全和工作规章制度
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations
- 如适用，与外高桥商检局合作，负责设备的检验及商检证的获取
Cooperate with Waigaoqiao Commercial Inspection Quarantine for device/material inspection and certificate application if applicable
- 由经理/主管交办的其他事项
Other duties as assigned by supervisor / manager
任职要求

物流专业大专及以上学历或者同等相关教育背景
College degree or above in logistic major or a comparable combination of education and experience

1-2年库房工作经验
1-2 years working experience in warehouse

- 普通话-高级水平

Draeger Medical Equipment (Shanghai) Company Limited (DME) is an enterprise solely invested by Draeger Medical Joint Stock Company Limited.
