Major Tasks & Activities 工作职责
1. To develop and formulate sales strategy of FILTROX Group by integrating the resources and sales channels
2. To achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth by developing new distributors and end costumers in China
3. Maintain and improve good brand name for FILTROX
4. Yearly planning of Sales Budget
5. Introduction of new products
6. Training of new sales people and/or distributors
7. Plan and execute marketing activities in territory (trade shows, advertising, seminars,...)
8. Market investigation regarding competition, prices, new development and so on.
9. Working report to Shanghai Company and Swiss HQ sales leader
Education & Working Experience 教育及工作经验：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, Brewing, or similar
2. 3 years sales experience of professional experience in pharma, biotechnology or chemical industry or similar
Special Knowledge & Competency 专业知识及技能
1. Good marketing and sales knowledge, successful sales and new business development
2. Knowledge of fermentation, filtration, pharma production processes
3. Already existing contacts in the CPB companies
4. Good communication skills and manners, very high degree of self-motivation, stress resistant,
5. Strong data analytical and problem shooting skills
6. likes to travel, interest in technical sales
7. Good English both in speaking and writing, nice to have German and other foreign languages
