2， 负责协助分管副总编制年度人事预算，制定年度工作计划，总结等。
3， 负责员工考核考评，并对人员调配，任免和奖惩等提出方案和可行性建议。4， 负责协助处理劳动纠纷调解，仲裁，诉讼。
5， 完成分管副总交办的其他工作。
岗位任职要求：
1， 人力资源或工商管理相关专业本科及以上学历。
2， 6年以上大中型房地产公司任职经验，3年以上相同职位任职经验。
3， 曾经带领过3人以上团队者优先考虑。
4， 熟悉国家，地区及企业关于合同管理，薪金制度，用人机制，保险福利待遇，培训等方面的法律法规及政策
5， 对现代企业人力资源管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验积累。
