岗位职责：
1.负责定期为公司企业经营状态进行分析和前景预测，与公司运营目标的达成一致；
2.制定公司各部门的发展规划；
3.规划年度工作计划、制定标准化、规范化的工作流程，经总经理批准后，监督执行；
4.根据公司年度经营计划，编制本部门整体工作计划，并负责落实和监督；
5.部门内部工作的主持。负责指导、管理、监督各部门下属人员的绩效管理工作；部门费用预算的计划和控制；主持召开内部会议；审查部门提交的工作汇报，评估工作效率；建立公司各部门协作的专业SOP流程；制定部门内部合理的晋升体系；
6.对公司新业务拓展的规划，将成型的业务方式运营到传统市场；
7.对公司项目的规划：GaGamatch，Gaook，APP ；
8.规划一年中的网站活动，并安排给策划经理执行；
9.对网站的相关数据进行收集、分析和反馈，统计各项相关数据，对网站做出整体评估，寻求多元化改进；
10.研究市场运营（线上/线下）不同方式和实施方案；
11.网站相关功能产品的开发，以及网站策划活动方案的审核、监督，保证活动的平稳进行。并评估活动策划后期影响，形成文档，提交予相关人员或部门做优化参考；
12.配合策划部做好各项活动的策划和开展；管理协调市场部和技术部的工作，确保公司经营系统整体功能发挥；
13.总经理交办的其他事宜；
岗位要求：
1.管理类相关专业本科以上学历；
2.支持并运营至少有两到三年的工作经验、具有网站开发的相关工作经验；熟悉SNS网站的整体运作流程；熟悉了解SNS网站的发展趋势；
3.熟悉市场营销管理知识、互联网市场运作模式等专业知识；
4.优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；良好的沟通合作技巧及丰富的团队合作经验；
5.良好的规划能力、商业敏感性； 拥有广泛的业界合作资源和人脉资源，包括媒体，商户，网站；
