主要职责： 1、BB Project: According to LSS DMAIC methodology, under the coach of champion and MBB, lead a project team to accomplish six sigma /lean Black Belt projects to meet the agreed target and timeframe. 2、Coach : Coach green belt to finish GB project and coach workshop lean leaders to finish lean projects. 3、Training: Under the guideline, develop relevant training materials and conduct six sigma awareness training, Green Belt training, six sigma module training and lean training to advocate lean six sigma and get more skilled ＆ professional GB/team members/lean leaders. 4、Act-Out: Work with initiator, sponsor, process owner and team to facilitate cross-functional act-our projects according to act-out training tools. 5、Suggestion: Seek for improvement suggestion and support the investigation of ideas from employees. 6、Play as a change agent to identify project ideas aligned with business initiative and proactively promoting lean six sigma culture in the organization. 7、Finish other assignments from supervisors. 资历要求： 1、本科以上学历，无需特定专业； 2、5-8年以上工作经验，3-5年以上相关经验； 3、促进团队合作、影响他人、分析能力、结果导向、机动性 4、统计学知识；流程管理；演讲及沟通技能 5、流利的英语听、说、读、写能力 6、熟悉Office办公系列软件 7、6 Sigma绿带证书。
