Duties and Responsibilities:

- Evaluate production schedules, product flow and equipment status.
- Support to maximize output and equipment utilization.
- Coach and mentor supervisors.
- Co- ordinate with supervisors on allocating resources.
- Co- ordinate evacuation, safety and facility issues.
- Support EON.
- Ensure continuity across shift.
- Focus on work floor wide performance.
- Communicate team and organizational goals.
- Focal point for administrative issues.
- Facilitate continuous improvement projects for each area.
- 5S improvement.
- Supplier’s responsibility to accommodate pregnant workers by offering them non-Hazardous positions.

Qualifications:

- Diploma holders in Technology or Engineering.
- Understand spoken English language and can records Maintenance activities in English.
- Good team work and basic equipment knowledge.
