1、刚开业前期主要负责：协调商户进场、催图审图、交接铺、装修进度控制与开业验收等；

2、平稳运营期主要负责：楼面管理，对所管辖商家进行日常运营管控，包括合同执行、租金收取、经营业绩帮扶、卖场形象维护、撤场管理以及突发事件异常管控等。

任职资格:

年龄：24-35岁；

2.学历：统招本科及以上学历，条件优秀者可放宽至统招大专；

3.经验要求：

购物中心、百货2年以上楼面管理、运营管理经验；

或知名连锁店铺2年以上店面管理相关工作经验；

或知名连锁超市2年以上卖场管理/货品管理经验。
