岗位职责：

1. 负责本部门公文的起草、流转及整理工作。

2. 负责本部门员工的考勤、假事、加班等统计汇总工作。

3. 负责部门内固定资产、低值易耗品、办公用品及劳保用品的管理。

4. 负责部门例会的组织工作，并做好会议记录，整理下发。

5. 负责工程技术档案资料的整理、存档、借阅等管理工作。

6. 负责场区水、电、气能源工作的汇总统计工作，并进行本部门费用的申报、核销工作。

7. 负责本部门其他相关事务性工作（如接听电话、记录留言，接待来访客人等）。

任职要求：

1. 一年左右工程、物业类文员工作经历或相关行政、助理经历；

2. 能够熟练操作CAD、PPT等办公软件；

3.有较强的协调和沟通能力；
