岗位职责：

1.  调研评估公司各项目房屋出售及租赁价格

2.  监管各项目租售中心发布房源的及时性

3.  各项目二手房、车位销售及租赁工作

4.  对项目日常租售工作做遇到的疑难问题进行解决处理

5.  监督意向客户的跟进情况

6.  每月任务目标完成的统计汇总

7、能独立完成交易双方办理房屋产权过户、按揭贷款手续、物业交割工作

8、熟悉网络平台的信息发布工作

任职资格:

1. 熟练掌握成都房租交易及租赁的相关流程，房屋交易的相关法律、法规，熟练使用常用办公软件，信息发布平台的运用；

2. 性格开朗，待人热情，普通话标准，有良好的沟通能力；

3. 工作态度积极乐观，坚持原则，责任感及执行力强。
