职位描述
Scope of Responsibility
1.Implementation and execution of set budget objectives and strategies to ensure achievement of set targets for the assigned customers within designated area.
2.Manage the direct customers and distribution in assigned area, including sales, inventory control and ordering forecast and supports Credit for any long outstanding accounts receivables matters.
3.Identify targeted new potential customers in the assigned area for business development and new product launches.
4.Maintain good contacts with all hotel key chefs/purchasing managers to support Regional Sales Manager for developing hotel regional contracts in China.
Duties:
1 Minimum 20 weekly physical sales visits with direct customers in assigned area.
2 Prepare weekly pre-sales call plan and submit to Regional Sales Meeting on or before every Friday for next week call plan.
3 Update customer call reports on weekly basis and pass to Regional Sales Manager and review with him/her for any business opportunities.
4 Maintain most updated market intelligence and pass to Regional Sales Manager including targeted competitor price list, product information.
5 Review the echo report on sales, stock aging, AR aging reports on daily basis for more efficient management of day-to-day business.
6 Submit the Month End Report included comments and remarks on the month end sales and next month target figures for all assigned customers, including own company activities and our targeted competitors.
7 Prepare for business reviews for assigned customers and present during the Sales Meeting.
8 Propose activities and actions required to improve on sales, quality, and efficiency of the services to customers in the assigned area.
9 Participate in launch plan of the new products in PRC.
