职位描述：
The Swiss-based family owned company Bühler is a global, industrial solution provider for processing foods and for manufacturing advanced materials, contributing to food security and high energy efficiency.
Around 65% of the worldwide harvested grain is processed on Bühler mills, around 50% of all car taillamps or headlamps are getting metallized on Bühler machines. Every day, billions of people come into contact with Bühler technologies to cover their basic needs for foods, mobility, or communication.

布勒（常州）机械有限公司位于风景优美、交通便捷的天目湖工业园区，是瑞士布勒集团在中国的全资公司。主要生产饲料机械、牧草机械、港口机械，并为客户提供成套交钥匙工程及全方位售后服务。公司不仅是集团在中国的饲料机械生产和研发中心，也是联系中国饲料工业客户的专业窗口。

Duties

• Responsible for sales？（target market to be defined), achieve regional performance targets
• 负责市场销售（目标市场待定），落实公司在区域内制定的市场、品牌、业绩目标
• Responsible for developing and consolidating group clients
• 负责集团客户开拓及巩固
• Follow up key customers and order confirmation improve hit rate
• 重点销售机会跟进、订单落实
• Market receivables payment cleaning, checking and collecting
• 市场应收款清理、核对、催收
• Cooperate to provide pre-sales, mid-sales, after-sales service, support single machine business marketing？
• 配合公司开展售前、售中、售后服务，支持公司开展围绕单机业务的服务营销工作？
• Communicate and coordinate in project fulfillment？
• 配合公司项目执行中的销售沟通和协调
• Combine spare parts sales with project of single machine sales？
• 结合工程、单机业务落实批量配件合同

Qualifications

• 具有团队意识，跨部门沟通协调的能力和项目管理能力；
• Good team spirit, good cross-department communication and project management ability;
• 明确工作角色和岗位职责，有上进心和责任心；
• Good understanding of position responsibility;
• 具有较强的耐心，具有一定的承受和挑战压力的能力。
• Good patience, stress tolerance.
• 可以适应长期、或不定期频繁出差。
• can adapt to long-term, or irregularly frequent business trip.
• 开拓与创新意识
• Entrepreneurial and Innovative minded
• 专科及以上学历
• College or above
• 食品工程、动物营养、工业工程、谷物加工、油脂等
• Food Engineering, Feed processing, Industrial engineering, Grain process, Oil engineering and so on.
• 熟练掌握办公工具,特别是PPT工具及其技术
• CAD, Excel, PPT and other office tools
• 熟练中英文语言表达与沟通能力
• good Oral language both in Chinese and English
• 3-5年的饲料行业工作经验
• 3~5 years working experience in similar/related industries
• 熟悉饲料工厂的工艺流程、水产饲料、宠物食品加工有一定实践经验和认知者优先。
• Familiar with the feed factory process, aquatic feed, pet food processing has a certain practical experience and cognition is preferred.
