职位描述
Job responsibility required:
· Working experience in CAE analysis of Occupant safety systems products/components
· Good knowledge of Occupant safety systems products/components – Airbags and Seatbelts and the functional aspects
· Good level of proficiency in pre/post processing tools like Hypermesh,Visual Environment,Hyperview/Hypergraph & LS-Prepost
· Good level of proficiency in solvers LS-Dyna and PAMCRASH.Exposures to solvers such as ABAQUS and RADIOSS would be an added advantage
· Should be able to perform simulation based airbag folding using the tool SIMFOLDER & PAMCRASH
· Should be able to setup folded airbag models & deployment using FSI methods of LS-Dyna & PAMCRASH for crash CAE investigations.
· Good understanding of physical tests related airbag components and able to perform CAE model validation to tests.
· Able to perform structural integrity analysis of airbag & seatbelt assembly components using LS-Dyna or Abaqus
· Should possess commendable analysis/post-processing skills and to provide design countermeausres.
· Good understanding of Safety regulations
Minimum Qualification required:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Very good Chinese and English, Oral and Written communication skills
5+ years Automotive working experience
