Key responsibilities关键职责：

1. Establish the procedure for production trial run and change management;

制定生产试装和产品变更流程

2. Organize regular production trial run meeting and make production plan;

定期组织生产试装会议，制定生产试装计划

3. Organize production trial run regularly and ensure its implementation;

定期组织生产试装并确保生产试装的实施

4. Monitor the production trial run status and release trial run report and summary; meanwhile manage the production trial run issues;

对生产试装的情况进行跟踪，并出具试装报告和结论，并跟踪在试装过程中发现的问题

5. Finish the related task of ER/break point management/deviation process;

完成ER/断点管理/偏离相关工作

6. Assist problem solving on assembly line.

协助装配线问题解决

Qualifications任职资格：

Bachelor degree above, engine/automobile major is preferred;

本科以上学历，汽车发动机专业优先

+3 years working experience in manufacturing company, Engine plant/automotive company is preferred;

3年以上制造企业工作经验，发动机工厂或汽车制造企业工作经验者优先

Specific Knowledge知识要求:

Understand basic knowledge of quality;

了解质量基础知识

Understand engine structure and theory;

了解发动机结构和原理

Understand knowledge of manufacturing change.

了解制造变更相关知识

Skills技能:

Have some skills in organizing and planning;

具有一定的组织策划能力

Have Quality working experience is preferred;

具有质量工作经验者优先

Good communication skill to coordinate and organize others to finish the task.

具有良好的沟通协调能力和组织能力
