3. Carry out ATPU equipment maintenance control activity.

发动机总装/测试/喷漆设备控制维护活动

4. Actively handle and solve serious & complex breakdowns.

5. Responsible for designing equipment automatic control system and access to IT.

负责工厂设备自动控制设计及与IT接口的设计

6. Be responsible for training and supporting to automation system.

负责工厂自动控制系统的培训及技术支持

7. Teach the technician the maintenance skill at a high level.

定期给维修工作技术培训

8. Monthly report and action planning are managed for maintenance workplace.

负责维护区域现场的月报及行动计划推进

9. Spare part management progress leader of assembly maintenance workplace.

担当本区域现场的备品备件管理推进者

10. Support supervisor to reach the department target.

Qualifications任职资格:

Bachelor degree, automation or electromechanical major.

本科及以上学历，学士学位。自动化/机电一体化专业

Experiences工作经验:

More than three years electrical maintenance and automation control experience in test cell & assembly equipment industry.

三年以上总装设备/测试台架电气的维护经验及自动化控制工作经验

Specific Knowledge知识要求:

1. Familiar with relevant rules and regulations of Enterprise device management.

熟悉企业设备管理的有关规章和规定；

2. Familiar with equipment control theory and methods of failure solving in test cell & assembly equipment industry.

熟悉测试台架和总装各类设备的电气控制原理及故障解决方法；

3. Familiar with PLC & CNC control, circuit drawings and electrical knowledge;

掌握PLC及CNC控制原理、电路制图、强弱电气相关专业知识；

4. Knowledgeable in electrical theory, the principle of electrical automation, industrial design maintenance, electrical drawing, general machinery, and other relevant expertise.

掌握电工原理、电气自动化原理、工控设计维修、电制图和一般机械等相关专业知识；

5. Understand MES system and access design for IT

了解MES系统及IT接口的设计知识。

Skills技能:

1. Design PM / TPM of various types of equipments based on their performance & service condition.

能对设备的性能和使用状况编制各类设备的PM/TPM；

2. Propose and implement equipment modification or update, adjustment programs based on equipment status and production requirements.

能针对设备状况和生产需求，提出并实施设备改造或更新、调整方案；

3. Make out equipment maintenance costs budget, reasonable expenditure, maintenance a reasonable procurement of spare parts applies.

编制设备维修费用预算，合理使用修理费用、提出合理的备件采购申请；

4. Capable of repairing equipment failures and major equipment failure, carrying out accident analysis, production equipment inspection, proposing improved solutions to mistake proofing.

具有对设备故障修理及重大设备故障、事故分析、生产现场设备检查、防错改进提出解决方案的能力；

5. Train maintenance operators control knowledge to upgrade team skills.

具有培训维修工控制知识，帮助团队提升技能的能力；

6. The ability to write work summary and main production equipment failure reports

具有撰写工作小结和主要生产设备故障报告的能力；

7. Experienced in MES system and maintenance of test cell is preferred.

有MES经验和测试台架维修经验者优先；

8. Be good at English, good communication skills.

熟练的沟通技巧，较熟练运用英语交流,灵活的思维方式。
