Key Responsibilities关键职责:

Follow the safety operating procedure, properly use the measuring equipments.

根据安全操作规程，正确使用测量设备

Set the inspection standard, guide auditor to inspect parts.

制定检验标准，指导检验员检测

Maintain the measuring equipments.

对测量设备进行维护保养

Organize suspicious materials audit and track to guarantee material quality issues to be solved.

组织评审可疑物料、跟踪零件质量问题

Follow the NCM management procedure to settle unqualified parts, conduct the tracking & confirming of unqualified parts.

依据公司不合格品管理流程负责处理车间不合格品，做好隔离的不良批次的追踪、确认工作

No security incidents occurred.

保证无安全事故

Keep well of related measuring equipments and tools & maintain 5S in the working area.

保管相应量检具的完整性和所在区域5S

Qualifications任职资格：

Education受教育水平:

Bachelor degree or above, machinery manufacturing, automobile engineering related major will be preferred.

本科及以上学历, 机械制造、车辆工程等相关专业优先

Experiences工作经验:

Above 3 years’ experience in engine manufacturing company, with experience as a team leader or engine parts audit will be preferred.

有3年以上发动机制造行业工作经验，有过团队领导经验者优先及从事过发动机零部件审核工作者优先

Specific Knowledge知识要求:

Be familiar with engine assembly and engine parts performance.

熟悉发动机装配过程，熟悉发动机零部件性能

Be able to set pats inspection standard and evaluate the usability.

能制定发动机零部件检验标准并对其进行可用性评判

Be skilled to use the gauge and measuring equipment to measure engine parts.

能熟练运用各种测量工具和测量设备对发动机零部件进行检验

Understand MSA and GB/T2828.1.

了解测量系统分析和GB/T2828.1的基本内容

Have necessary measure technology knowledge and operate ability, can understand the drawing and GD&T.

具备必要的测量技术知识和操作能力，识图并理解尺寸公差和形位公差

understand ISO9001，ISO/TS16949 incoming inspection related work.

了解ISO9001，ISO/TS16949关于来料检验相关的工作

Skills技能:

Good team player, can coordinate with each department to push problem solving.

良好的团队协作能力，能够协调各部门推动问题解决

Good communication and interpersonal skill.

良好的沟通和人际关系技巧

Good skills in oral and written English.

英语口语和写作良好

Be familiar to Office software.
