1.Monitor the process parameters on duty to ensure parameters meet the requirements.

监控当班的工艺参数，确保参数符合要求。

2.Implement inspection and record in the process of production according to the process parameters developed by the process engineers.

根据工艺工程师制定的工艺参数，在生产过程中实施检查并记录。

3.Monitor on product quality, deal with abnormal condition, and give feedback to process engineer according to condition.

监控当班的产品质量，及时处理异常状况，并根据情况向工艺工程师反馈。

4.Monitor equipment running status, be responsible to report to engineering related staff when equipment is abnormal, record various equipment failure and alarm, assist equipment engineer to analyse the reason of failures, and provide reference opinions to solve the equipment failure.

监控设备运行状况，出现异常时有责任报告设备工程部相关人员，对出现的各种设备故障和报警作认真记录，协助设备工程师分析故障原因、为解决设备故障提供参考意见。

5.It's necessary to conduct first article confirmed products when production line stops more than 20 minutes (including chi-mates) or start line after equipment failure maintenance.

生产线停线超过20分钟（包括开班）或设备故障停线维修后的启动，必须对产品进行首件确认。

6.Master the ODS, undertake to operating personnel training, and to ensure that all the materials to get the correct use.

熟练掌握现场的ODS，并对操作人员进行培训，确保所有的物料得到正确的运用。

7.Record the defective goods and bad phenomenon; organize the shift leader and operator to analyze these phenomenons. Support the improvements of quality, technique and equipment departments with suggestions.

记录整理当班不合格品的不良现象，组织当班的班长和操作人员对不良现象进行分析，为质量、工艺和设备部门的改进提供参考建议

8.Track ECR and ECO, ensure the ECO get correct and timely execution。

跟踪ECR和ECO，确保相关的所有ECO得到正确及时的执行。

9.Seriously implement the shift change system, and effectively transfer any change of parameters.

严格执行工艺交接班制度，对任何参数的修改必须提供有效的信息传递。

Competency Requirements 能力要求

Education 教育：College degree above, major in chemical, mechanical, electronic and other related specialized graduation. With relevant working experience is perfered.

大学专科以上学历，化学、机械、电子等相关专业毕业.具备相关工作经验学历可适当放宽。

Job experience 工作经验：
1-2 years work experience in plant, experience in automotive industry preferred.

1-2年工厂工作经验，汽车行业经验优先

Professional knowledge/skills 专业知识/技能:
Good English and computer skills能阅读简单的英文资料，熟练地使用电脑办公软件

Strong interpersonal and communication skills 优秀沟通技巧
