1.Attendance Management考勤管理
1) Monthly attendance data check and stat. by using e-HR system. 使用人力资源电子信息系统，处理月度考勤和统计。
2) Attendance report. 考勤报表整理和分析。

2. Staffing issues support人事事务支持
1 ) Handle the new employee enrolment and prepare the relevant document. 新员工入职资料准备及收集。
2) Labor Contract Management (certification and termination). 劳动合同鉴证及退工手续办理。
3) Assist to analysis the headcount budget, and make relevant report and plan. 协助分析生产人员预测计划，并制定相关人员安排方案。

3. Staffing Management员工关系管理
1) Labor Contract Management (issue, certification, signature, extension, termination and dissension). 劳动合同管理及办理（制定、鉴证、签订、续签、解除、纠纷等的管理）。
2) Manage and update employee file.建立、更新、维护、管理员工档案资料。
3) Distinguish and management the labor risk. 用工风险识别及管理。

4.Admin issues support. 行政事务支持
1) C oordinate the shuttle bus management efficiently. 有效协调班车管理。
2) Help to handle the contingency and the relevant issues, such as contingent transportation arrangement and reimbursement. 协助处理突发情况，协调相关交通及费用办理。
3) Communication and coordination with the catering company. 餐饮公司的沟通协调。
4) Daily admin management, handle the relevant general affair payments, and manage the relevant bills and documents. 日常行政事务管理，相关行政费用的支付，并管理相关票据。

5.Other Leadership Arrangements。其它领导安排事宜。

岗位要求：
1.Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of work experience.有1-3年工作经验，本科毕业。
2.Computer skill of office software such as Excel, Word. Excel、Powerpoint、Word等办公软件。
3.HR Mgmt. and Development - Principle, Process and tools. 人力资源管理理论和方法。
