Key Responsibilities关键职责:

Be responsible for searching and evaluating suppliers within the China Region.

负责在中国区域内寻找和评估供应商

Work closely with Cross Functional team, providing information and local hands on support to move suppliers from new through infant care to mature.

跨部门合作，为供应商提供信息和支持帮助其成长

Establish supplier partner in all aspects of cost, quality, delivery and relationships.

与供应商进行全方面合作，包括成本、质量、交货周期和往来关系

Supplier contract management

供应商合同管理

Regular face to face communications with supplier senior management to ensure projects are on track and to elevate any issue.

定期与供应商管理团队进行面对面的交流，确保项目的跟进同时评估所出现的问题

Follow and complete RFQ with right source, TCO analysis, price negotiation

选择正确的资源，跟踪并完成RFQ（询价）、TCO（总体成本）分析、价格谈判

Lead and assist suppliers in Prototype production, APQP and PPAP

领导和协助供应商样机生产、质量先期策划和生产件批准

Qualifications任职资格:

Education受教育水平:

Bachelor or Masters degree, major in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

学士或硕士学位，机械专业优先

Experiences工作经验:

At least 3 years solid working experience in related are.

在相关领域至少3年踏实的工作经验

SQIE and purchasing experience is required.

具备供应商质量改进和采购经验

Experience in or with engineering background related

具有工程相关行业背景

Familiar with sourcing complex assembly/functional parts from Chinese suppliers, being able to manage suppliers of private companies as well as JVs and WOFEs

熟悉中国供应商复杂装配/职能部门，有能力管理与不同类型供应商（如合资公司和外商独资企业）之间的关系
