Key Responsiblity关键职责:

- Equipment maintenance and maintenance plan implementation.

设备的定期保养，标定及维护计划的实施。

- Participate to spare part application.

参与维修用备件的申请。

- Participate in mechanism alteration and improvement

参与设施机械部分的改造及完善。

- Solve locale mechanism, equipment, and tool problem.

解决现场机械、工装、工具问题。

- Improve equipment capability.

参与设施在运行过程中的质量及能力的改善。

- Support the equipment type selection, installation, testing and checking.

参与设备的选型，安装，调试及验收。

- Participate in making equipment operation instruction.

参与制定设备的操作使用规程。

- Participate in equipment management and preventive maintenance system.

参与设备管理及预防维修体系。

- Implement COS，5S and TPM;

执行COS、5S和TPM维护活动

- Join improvement action in COS，OE， production, quality, cost, delivery etc.

参与改进改善活动

Qualifications任职资格:

Education教育背景:

- Secondary specialized and above, major in mechanical and electronic or related

中专以上学历，机电一体化或相关专业

- Locksmith skill

具备钳工资质证书。

Experiences工作经验:

- With at least 3 years mechanical maintenance work experience, it is better with CNC machine maintenance experience.

3年以上机械维修经验，有CNC机床的维修经验优先

Specific Knowledge知识要求:

- Familiar with mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, lubrication and maintenance relevant knowledge.

熟练掌握机械，液压，气动，润滑相关知识。

- Basic electric knowledge
