主要活动^（1）Activities

1. Supporting top leaders and project manager, to develop project management tools/rules, setup of project function, execution of projects;

2. As project manager for assigned project, fully in charge of the function job for the project execution:

2.1In charge of project budget and cost controlling, when taking over the contract from sales, analyze the budget and control the budget during the execution of project;

2.2In charge of project commercial handling, taking care about the commercial execution during the project like pushing for payment, follow up key commercial issues, follow up the modification and closure of the project till the project is completely closed;

2.3In charge of project technical handling including the scheduling control, the technical and quality control;

2.4As communication channel towards to the client, execute professional communication internally and externally by using professional report, E-mails, meeting and communications.

3. According to the job assignment for functional department and assignment in the project team, cooperate with all internal function including sales, engineering, electrical & automation, purchasing, quality, workshop, financial etc. which is related to the assigned project.

4. As one key member in project team, in charge of budgeting, supporting sales and project execution.

5. Carry out other job assigned by top management.

6. Help on daily administration job

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED

？ Familiar to engineering, manufacturing, erection & commissioning process, better in automobile industry

？ Strong experiences in project management process or at least had ever be the key member in the big project, good sense about cost, schedule, technical requirement, quality and customers satisfaction.

？ Practical experience in using office tools like Microsoft project, excel, word, etc. SAP experience is a plus.

？ At least 3 years experiences in industry filed, better in automobile filed
