HR Specialist

-Recruitment:

Assist HR supervisor to organise and select the Channels, Website, journal, or organise special in HR recruitment,

Select CVs, organise the tests, interviews, backgrounds checking, issue the job offers…

-Training:

Responsible for establishment of training planning, new employee orientation training, technical training and employee career development, etc

？ establishment of training plan(training needs analysis ,etc);

？ training support to dept.(e.g. training sources including trainers, license management, learning group, theoretical & practical training support and exam, rules and process, communication, etc);

？ post training management (e.g. assessment, survey, etc);

？ Training info. Management( management reporting, training archive, etc);

？ Employee orientation (job description, individual l training plan etc).

DEC Co., Ltd Brief Introduction

According to a contract signed in May 2013 DEUTZ AG and AB Volvo intend to establish a joint venture company in Linyi, Shandong Province, China, for the manufacturing of diesel engines for industrial applications, mainly for construction and agricultural equipment. The purpose of the joint venture, in which DEUTZ will hold a majority share of 65%, is to reduce the cost of diesel engines for industrial applications and to produce those engines to meet Volvo’s and DEUTZ’ demand for existing and future customers in China and overseas. The establishment of the joint venture is scheduled for late summer/fall 2013 and the start of production for mid-2015. In full swing it will reach a capacity of approx. 80.000 engines and need approx. 350 operators and technicians.

沃尔沃集团（AB Volvo）与道依茨股份公司（DEUTZ AG）于2013年5月签署协议，此协议决定在山东临沂市成立一家合资企业（DEC)，生产工业用柴油发动机，主要用于工程机械和农用机械。道依茨股份公司持有该合资公司65%股份，成立该合资公司主要是为了降低柴油发动机在工业应用领域的成本，以供应沃尔沃集团和道依茨公司在中国和海外的现有和潜在客户。合资公司将于2013年夏末时间成立，于2015年中期正式生产。届时将会达到80，000台发动机的产量和拥有350名一线员工和技术人员。
