职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. English language teaching for kids and adults to cultivate their actual language application ability;
2. Lesson preparation and teaching research according to the standardized process;
3. Participation into all kinds of training, research, seminar, meeting and other activities organized by the headquarters and school.
4. Study on frontier theory knowledge with the help of enterprise platform and application into the actual working practice.

任职要求：
1. Priority for British or American teacher whose native language is English;
2. Be fond of kids and education with his/her certain understanding on English education;
3. Bachelor degree or above, standard pronunciation, more than one year’s teaching experience;
4. Good affinity, patience, image and temperament with good professional image;
