职位描述：
工作职责：

1．按规定做好物资设备进出库的验收、记帐和发放工作，做到帐帐相符；
2．随时掌握库存状态，保证物资设备及时供应，充分发挥周转效率；
3．定期对库房进行清理，保持库房的整齐美观，使物资设备分类排列，存放整齐，数量准确；
4．熟悉相应物资设备的品种、规格、型号及性能，填写分明；
5．搞好库房的安全管理工作，检查库房的防火、防盗设施，及时堵塞漏洞；
6. 负责使用焊接部和设备部JDE(财务)系统软件；
7．负责与运输公司的联系，记录有关文件；
8．负责整理焊接部和设备部的有关文件和归档；
9．负责人事行政等相关事务；
10． 完成焊接服务经理和设备部经理交办的其他事务性工作。

职位要求：

- 大专及以上学历，一年以上相关工作经验者优先
- 具备良好而礼貌的接听电话礼仪
- 具备热情积极、细致耐心的工作态度
- 具有良好的沟通及协调能力
- 具有主动解决工作中出现的问题的能力
- 熟练使用办公软件，如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等
