Key Responsibilities
? Design management reports used by the business

? Prepare and issue management reports and presentation slides

? Work with managers to compile commentary for certain reports

? Standardize and drive budgeting and forecasting efforts

? Provide adhoc analysis on sales, pricing, profitability, costing, etc. as required

? Work on business and cost improvement projects and analysis

? Handle sales incentive and bonus related financials

? Document processes, including those of the business, as required

? Provide technical training to finance staff as required

Perform any other duties that may be assigned.

Qualification
? Degree in Accounting

? Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing MNC environment

? Computer literate in Microsoft office applications

? Costing knowledge essential

? SAP and Hyperion knowledge preferred

? Good written and spoken English
