职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责本公司产品（线束加工设备）的安装、调试，验收，客户人员培训工作；
2. 积极为客户解决设备在生产过程中出现的各种故障；
3. 协助客户提高设备生产率。
4. 协助总部服务工程师为客户提供相关技术支持和相关机器设备的培训工作

任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，机械电子工程/机电一体化,自动化等专业；
2. 热爱设备维修工作，有强烈的专研技术精神；
3. 较强的逻辑思维能力、分析判断能力、动手能力；
4. 掌握机械制图、机械原理、数控原理、工业自动化、电子技术原理等基础理论；
5. 工作认真、负责、主动性较强,良好的团队协作精神，良好的技术学习能力；
6. 能够承受工作压力，需出差；
7. 具备流利的英语读，写和说能力，会使用办公自动化软件；
8. 2-3年的机器设备售后维护经验，具有全自动/半自动端子机维修工作经验的优先考虑。
9. 在上海长期定居的或者上海本地的优先考虑

Responsibilities include:
1. Arrange machine set-up, modification,acceptance inspection,
(wire processing equipment) and training at customers’ location,
2. Provide technical services and technical supports to our customers, and trouble shooting,
3. Assist customer to increase the equipment productivity.
4. Assist the HQ services engineer to provide the technical supports and training to the customer
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above,Major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, automation or other related background,
2. Loving the machine services work, and have a good spirit of study technology,
3. Have a logical thinking to diagnose the equipment to find out the problems with machines,
4. Master the basic knowledge of mechanical drawings,mechanical principles, digital controls,
5. Responsible and aggressive,team spirit is a MUST,
6. Able to go to business trip and work overtime timely,
7. Good English communication skills in reading, writing and speaking,good computer skills in Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint,
8. 2-3 years experience of equipment after-sales services,a prior consideration to the individual capable of maintaining the fully/semi-automatic crimping machines.
