职位描述：
Customer relations

Clarify quality issues with the customer in cooperation with the supervisors in the project hierarchy.

In case of project quality complaints, coordinate and monitor complaint between customer and DRX production plant and ensure professional feedback to customer in time.

Involved in series production complaint management in order to apply Lesson Learned principle for projects.

Target results
Comply or ensure elaboration of an optimal cost structure for the project and achieve the targets for cost management (eg. cost effective supplier selection, material management, etc.). Determine and adjust the project cost of the commissioned project in consultation with the supervisor in project hierarchy, and monitor their compliance in all departments and conduct countermeasures at target / actual variances.

Project Management / Documentation
Ensure the achievement of the agreed objectives on the appropriate project specific topics;

Promote constructive cooperation between involved departments;

Provide and meet the demand of solving problems, setting priorities and bringing sustainable decisions based on the SEP rules for achieving the project objectives in close cooperation with the departments and in consultation with the supervisor in the project hierarchy;

Creates and checks periodic project reports (according to agreed rules) and presentations, before and during the project period and completion of the project documentation for presentation to the immediate supervisor of the project.

Regarding to target / actual deviations, ensure compliance with the defined escalation levels for timely information to the supervisor within the project hierarchy. Edit work packages according to SEP particular analyze of concepts and scenarios.

Support & Coordination tasks: Support the definition of part requirements (requirements management). Support the risk evaluation for design, product and process FMEA.


Inspection plans & equipments: Specify test equipment and prepare test sequences/test equipment, Document and evaluate the results, using statistical methods of quality assurance. In case recognizing deviations, elaborate correction solutions, according values /dimensional allowances


Change management
Describe and evaluate the amendments and ensure the implementation of change requests from internal or external customers, in coordination with other department project managers in the project.


Leadership
Leading and motivating professional subordinates within the project organization in accordance with agreed guidelines and empowerment. Regarding performance issues or general problems alignment and coordination with the Line Manager or the Head of Unit (at escalation).


Project Management
Develop proposals for project organization in accordance with the DRX guidelines.

Select the right employees in involved departments in coordination with Heads of departments.

Define tasks, rules and interfaces for the subordinate project leaders, based on SEP.

Customizing the project structure to meet changing requirements during the project progress.


§ Study or training in the relevant field and experience, better with business knowledge

§ at least 4-5 years in relevant fields and has charged a project. about 2 years as a junior (eg A and B projects)
