职位描述：
岗位职责:
1.遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书；对自己的工作质量负责；正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施；进行持续的质量改进。
Comply with quality policy, manual, procedure and all kinds of working instruction. Take responsibility for the quality of the work done by yourself. Be open for any quality mistakes, report errors and take preventive or corrective actions for any mistakes in your area of responsibility. Contribute to continuous quality improvement.
2. 起草生产计划及控制的作业指导书，探讨标准化工作流程，以提高下属工作效率。Drafts instructions in terms of production planning and control, studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
3. 根据既定的生产流程及交货期，指导安排生产计划。分析计算产能数据。Plan workflow for each operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times. Analyzes production capacity data, and oversees mathematical calculations to determine optimal production scheduling (create FLOW), Line Balancing and human resource requirements.
4. 协商解决影响按期交货的问题，以确保既定生产计划的按时完成。加速解决因意外发生而导致的拖延交货问题。Confers with production team leader to determine status of assigned shop floor plan and to resolve problems affecting production schedules. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
5. 追踪，监督生产活动，分析生产数据，确保物料符合生产需求。Track, monitor production activity and analyze production data so that the flow of materials is timed meet production requirement
6. 与客户沟通生产进度，为客户提供必要信息支持。Communicate with customers about the production progress and maintain customer service.
7. 指导总结下属工作报告。Prepares composite production reports from individual reports of subordinates.
8. Prepares mid-term and long-term capacity overview on monthly basis which serves as input to Sales & Operations Planning. Discusses SOP internally and with FE-NL Program Team. 每月制定中长期产能计划以便统计销售&运作规划,在内部及FE-NL项目组讨论标准操作程序。
9. Evaluates customer demand plan and prepares proposals for production plan and inventory plan. 评估客户需求，为生产计划及库存计划准备方案
10. 生产周期控制的支持和测量。评估和维护BAAN系统的周期。
TPT control supporting and measurement. Evaluate and maintenance BAAN system lead time.
11. 遵循公司精益生产和管理的方针政策，支持公司精益目标的达成。主要包括：
a)积极参加和支持精益改善活动，前瞻性的寻找改善机会，愿意将改善结果进行分享和推广。
b)营造和共建精益改善和6S的良好环境和氛围。
Adhere to company lean manufacturing and management policies, support company lean target achievement. Including:
a) Participate and support Lean activities actively, proactively looking for improvements, willing to share and extend improvement achievements.
b) Promote a good environment and atmosphere of lean improvement and 6S
12.执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。
b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。
c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。
Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
a) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
b) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
c) Actively promote positive safety culture.
13.公司代表安排的其他工作。
Any other duties as assigned by the company representatives.
任职资格:
大专或以上学历。College Degree or above.
三年以上外企相关工作经验优先3 years working experiences as production scheduler or related positions
Working experience with foreign invested company is an advantage.
具有计划、物流、生产相关知识ERP (BANN 或SAP)系统工作经验Knowledge on planning ,logistic and production related issues, Basic knowledge of ERP system, special for Baan or SAP is preferred.
熟练使用MS OFFICE软件，如WORD，EXCEL等英语听、说、读、写流利
Be Familiar with MS Office software, Fluent English communication
