Position Requirement:
This position is to provide technical support to production, focus on pressing process development and improvement.

Position Responsibilities:
1. Keeps manufacturing/production running smoothly by providing timely technical support to solve quality, process and fixture/tooling problems
2. Design, redesign and improve the pressing process for new products or existing products
3. Continuously improve pressing process capability, products quality and production efficiency by improving the fixture/tooling, introducing the new process/knowledge, and redesign the process/products.
4. Maintain engineering data in business system or engineering system by timely setting up and updating
5. Support or lead technology transfer, new product development or new product introduction
6. Evolve in vendor quality improvement by actively attend MRR meeting.
7. Optimize pressing area layout and line layout
8. Early involve in new product development on new stamping tooling design review and new stamping tooling trial run and qualification.

Requirements:
1. 5+ years working experience in pressing tooling or stamping manufacturing engineering
2. Bachelor degree with Industry area
3. Automotive experience; have some experience by wood materials and characteristic is plus
4. Good team player and communication skill;
5. MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Fixture design and CAD application;
6.Fluent in English (spoken and written) ;
7. Experience with TS 5 tools and problem solving techniques such as 8D and DOE;
8.TS16949, LEAN techniques;
