Responsibilities:1.To manage and coordinate human resources activities in compliance with company regulations, objectives and legal requirements.
2.Understands business structure and helps line managers to follow the human capability related project to meet the mid-to-long term business needs.
3.Work closely with managers to ensure HR initiatives/programs, to facilitate the installation of programs and policies that creates or reinforces a positive employee relation’s atmosphere.
4.Take responsibility for ER/C&B/recruiting/training/performance appraisal KPI Implementation 5.Lead a team of HR staff; communicate with related dept line managers, supervisors.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in HR Management is preferred.2.Minimum 8 years of HR experience, 3 years of management role3.Good interpersonal and negotiation skills and act as a powerful team player
4.Excellent English skills5.Familiar with local labor law and regulations
6.Self-driven, has good business acumen and problem solving skills7.Ability to work under pressure
