1.中专或中专以上学历
Technical Secondary School Education Background or above
2.两年以上外企相关工作经验优先。
2 years working experiences as production scheduler or related positions
Working experience with foreign invested company is an advantage.
3.－具有计划、物流、生产相关知识
－具有ERP (BANN 或SAP)系统工作经验
－熟练使用MS OFFICE软件，如WORD，EXCEL等
-Knowledge on planning ,logistic and production related issues
-Basic knowledge of ERP system, special for Baan or SAP is preferred.
-Be Familiar with MS Office software
4.－英语听、说、读、写流利
-Fluent English communication
良好的沟通能力Strong communication skills and tasks orientation

岗位职责：
1.遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书；对自己的工作质量负责；正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施；进行持续的质量改进。Comply with quality policy, manual, procedure and all kinds of working instruction. Take responsibility for the quality of the work done by yourself. Be open for any quality mistakes, report errors and take preventive or corrective actions for any mistakes in your area of responsibility. Contribute to continuous quality improvement.
2.依据客户订单，现有的生产能力和交货计划进行短期及中期产能分析及制定生产计划。Make short-term and mid-term capacity analysis and generate production plan according to customer orders, available resource and delivery schedules.
3.根据生产计划制作打标和配套计划，保证材料和线按时到达现场。Generate marking and kitting plan according production plan, to make sure the materials and wires can be arrived to production on time.
4.追踪，监督生产活动，分析生产数据，确保物料符合生产需求。Track, monitor production activity and analyze production data so that the flow of materials is timed meet production requirement
5.根据物料/人力短缺情况，交货拖延情况和技术变更情况调整生产计划。Adjust schedules to accommodate backlogs, configuration changes and material or hours shortages.
6.与客户沟通生产进度，为客户提供必要信息服务支持。Communicate with customers about the production progress and maintain customer service
7.遵循公司精益生产和管理的方针政策，支持公司精益目标的达成。主要包括：
a)积极参加和支持精益改善活动，前瞻性的寻找改善机会，愿意将改善结果进行分享和推广。
b)营造和共建精益改善和6S的良好环境和氛围。
Adhere to company lean manufacturing and management policies, support company lean target achievement. Including:
a) Participate and support Lean activities actively, proactively looking for improvements, willing to share and extend improvement achievements.
b) Promote a good environment and atmosphere of lean improvement and 6S
8.执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。
b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。
c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
a) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
b) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
c) Actively promote positive safety culture.
9.公司代表安排的其他工作。Any other duties as assigned by the company representatives.
