任职资格：
1.Bachelor degree with engineering or mechanical background
2.About 5 years experience in manufacturing environment
3.Good Experience in leading continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean tools and principles to produce quantifiable savings
4.Practical experience with the tools of Lean Manufacturing, FEMA etc.
5.Goood command of English and PC skills

工作职责：
1.To effectively manage cost reduction projects from concept to implementation
2.To analyze existing processes and products and offer recommendations for continuous improvement and act to reduce cost
3.To utilize lean principles and tools to continually improve our controls, systems and performance both internal and external
4. .Follow up the process trial and propose the appropriate improvement and respect on the cycle time.
5. Analyse any technical issue ; take the appropriate action or countermeasure to support the process development
6. .Define new process and production lay out for manufacturing and components assembly
7. Perform PFMEA, Control Plan, cell of production Lay out, line cycle time improvement, work instruction for the line
8. Train technicians and workers on the new processes
9. Develop new material, new process, new tooling and new machines to improve efficiency and benefit.
10. In charge of site lean performance improvement，Review Lean deployment status and take actions to speed up
