B. PRIMARY DUTIES:


Delivery of the reports & documents to authorities,such as SAFE, Statistics bureau, Tax bureau etc.
Preparing documents,invoices and agreements for the SAFE
Arrange and prepare payments to DAT for both DAC and DEC
Printing DAT invoices for the foreign payments
Issuing cheque for the USD settlement payments for both DAC and DEC
Documents, accounting documents, agreements and other official documents arrangements.
Coordination with banks, tax bureau, SAFE, financial bureau, and Statistics Bureau, etc
Issuing vat invoice with tax system and delivering the invoice to BBA.
Incoming invoice inspection with vat-input system.
Other tasks assigned by the financial manager and CFO

Authorised to contact the management at any time.

Bachelor Degree in Finance

Experience (incl.any specialised DRX experience):

Knowledge and Skills:

Computer literate
Ability to work as part of a team
Fluent English
