OBJECTIVE / ROLE:
？ Plan all functional requirements during the acquisition phase.
？ Work out validation- plans and keep it up to date.
？ Release validation- plans after internal and external negotiation.
？ Increase the level of maturity regarding functional requirements.
？ Ensure to meet the budget Validation.
？ Ensure to meet the timeline for Validation.
？ Planning, managing, evaluation and documentation of all delegated Validation – projects.
？ Responsibility for the enhancement of the level of maturity up to the fullfilling of all
customer requirements inside the Validation – Tasks.
？ Responsibility for an effective Validation - planning and –work process to save time and
costs.
？ Ensuring an effictive lessons learned process inside his field of activity.
B. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
？ Verification and reviewing of the acquisition / quotation documents.
？ Creating and administrating of the Validation - project plans regarding DRX and
customer requirements.
？ Clarifying the Validation requirements with the Sub-Project Manager, lead design
engineer (BGV) and the responsible of the customer.
？ Attendance at internal and external project- meetings (Test- status, …).
？ Attendance at FMEA and riskfilter activities.
？ Maintain / Release all Validation Documents into PLM.
Validation:
？ Develop test plans according to the customer / DRX requirements.

- Planning and allocating of internal and external Test- resources
- Planning and coordination of test- parts (from internal and external suppliers)
- Ensure the availability of test parts in time and quality
- Planning and procuring test- fixtures (Shaker, …)
- Responsible for a correct test- setup and execution
？ Analyze the test- results and define modifications with the project- team
？ Presentation of the Validation- results internal and at the customer
？ Responsible to deliver of all Validation - results according to the defined milestones

education
