职位描述

A. OBJECTIVE / ROLE:
· Implementing staffing strategies to provide qualified and effective recruitment service and support to meet business operation needs; ensuring hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and those interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.
· Provides leadership in the recruiting and staffing processes by creating a value-added function and contributes to the company’s long-term growth.
B. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
Ø Implement recruitment strategies and plans in the company by working with HR Manager and business line managers.
Ø Assist HR manager and line managers on the job evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment activities.
Ø Work closely with line managers to implement and evaluate the recruiting process to increase the recruitment efficiency.
Ø Managing candidate process and evaluating skills level, managing offer process, including reference checks, offer letter draft and offer acceptance and on-boarding preparation if necessary.
Ø In charge of recruiting channel dig, development. To establish and manage the relationship with external search firms and advertising agencies to ensure the whole recruitment process efficiency.
Ø Track, analysis and report recruitment reports, including in charge of updating recruitment status report, channel effective analysis to provide professional opinions or suggestions to management team.
Ø Conduct market research to know about the approaches to attracting, using, retaining and educating talents. Provides related information to help management team to design and adjust the strategies of human resources.
Ø Analyzes the reasons of employee dismissal, to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestion for company.
Ø Responsible to educate and train hiring managers on the relevant knowledge and techniques of talent selection.
Ø Work with HR team on the projects such as Campus Recruitment, Management Trainee, etc.
Ø Temporary tasks assigned by superior.

3. Knowledge and skills:
Ø University graduated or above
Ø Above 5 years HR experience in MNCs focusing on recruitment.
Ø Good at verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Ø Familiar with computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Ø Project management skills in staffing
Ø Familiar with Chinese Labor Laws and Regulations
Ø Hardworking, integrity, open minded and team player spirit
Ø Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
Ø Self-initiative, flexible, well-organized, Independent and detail oriented
Ø Ability to handle various tasks independently under pressure
Ø Strong sense of confidentiality and service, quick response and efficient working style
