职位描述
A. OBJECTIVES / TASKS:
Managing and coordinating a key category B project (1-2 projects) or category A (1-2 projects) or B (several) projects in accordance with the customer requirements to ensure product development and support which is on schedule, adheres to the budget and the development status, from the planning phase right up to series production while adhering to the defined project targets and available resources within the BU strategy.
B. PRIMARY DUTIES:
· Customer Relationships
· Clarifying the special topics with the customer in collaboration with the supervisor within the project hierarchy.
· Quotation Process
Working out a cost estimation based on the customer inquiry within the scope of the project or the product group as well as compiling orders within the framework of strategic target definition and the budget of the BU. Clarifying the technical aspects with the competent departments / BUs. Obtaining and reviewing offers by existing or new suppliers for plausibility and completeness.
· Target Result
Ensuring and/or working out an optimal cost structure for the project with the aim of adhering to target cost management (e.g. cost-efficient supplier selection, material management, ect.). Calculating and coordinating the project costs as per agreement with the supervisor in the project hierarchy and monitoring adherence in all the departments and taking counter measures in the case of deviations from the target/actual condition.
· Project Management / Documentation
Ensuring that the agreed project targets are achieved with regards to the corresponding special topics. Encouraging constructive teamwork among the involved areas. Demanding solutions to problems, setting priorities and bringing about acceptable decisions based on the SEP rules to achieve the project targets in close collaboration with the departments and as per agreement with the supervisor in the project hierarchy. Compiling and/or periodic project reports (according to the agreed on rules) and presentations before and during the term of the project as well as documentation on the conclusion of the project for transfer to the direct supervisor in the project. In the event of deviations from the target/actual condition, ensuring adherence to the defined escalation levels to provide the supervisor in the project hierarchy with timely information. Working out the work packages in accordance with SEP and particularly analysing concepts and scenarios.
· Change Management
Describing and evaluating the change applications and ensuring that the change orders from internal and external customers are put into effect and analysing and evaluating the cost effects in the area of responsibility as per agreement with the supervisor in the project.
· Leadership
Leading and motivating the technically subordinate employees within the project organization in accordance with the agreed directives and authorizations. In the event of performance problems or general problems possible discussion with the line supervisor or the BU manager (for escalation).
· Project Management
Working out a suggestion from the project organization in accordance with the DRX directives. Selecting suitable employees in the affected sub-areas as per agreement with the supervisors in the departments. Defining tasks, rules and interfaces for the selected sub-project managers based on SEP. Adapting the project structure to the changed requirements within the course of the progress of the project.

Draexlmaier (Shenyang) Automotive Components Co., Ltd was founded in 2003. It is a German owned company which produces wiring harnesses and interior parts for BMW 3 series and 5 series.
Benxi plant is in the process of opening. We are looking for the candidates who have relative working experience in the field of production, quality, logistics and technology.
Produciton operators and warehouse operators are needed in long term run.
