岗位职责:
1. 遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书；对自己的工作质量负责；正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施；进行持续的质量改进。
Comply with quality policy, manual, procedure and all kinds of working instruction. Take responsibility for the quality of the work done by yourself. Be open for any quality mistakes, report errors and take preventive or corrective actions for any mistakes in your area of responsibility. Contribute to continuous quality improvement.
2. 接待来访者，确定来访目的，并做来访者日志；通知被访人员或引领来访者到相关部门；如有需求并为来访者安排住宿及接机，日常接送等事宜；为来访者提供尽可能的帮助及完成来访者交给的工作，如订餐及周末活动车辆安排等。前台食品及饮料的采买等。
Greet visitors and determine the intention of visitors, maintain visitor logs. Inform appropriate dept. of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office. Booking the hotel and arrange the taxi for airport and daily picking up for visitors if necessary. Provide great assistance for support and finish the work arranged by visitors, such as order meals and transportation arrangement on weekend etc. Purchase cookies and drinks for visitors.
3. 处理各种日常行政事务，如会议室管理协调、收集分发邮寄信件及包裹、车辆的安排使用、文具药品的申购领用、协助生产部门需要总经理签字的文件、彩色扫描等。
Perform miscellaneous administrative affairs, such as meeting rooms management, organizing, distributing and sending mail or courier packages, arrange the cars according to daily request, stationery and medicine applying and distributing, assist production to sign some documents by GM, color scan etc..
4. 核实公司正常费用支出并跟踪报销进程。Check the normal cost and follow up payment process.
5. 及时、礼貌的接听或转接电话。记录转达内外部信息联络。定期更新日常联络信息并发布。
Receive and transfer incoming call timely and politely. Take and transfer the internal or external message. Update and send the phone numbers or email address timely etc.
6. 根据内外部要求发布各种报表。Send reports according to internal or external request.
7. 根据加班倒班人员申请表订餐及合理安排班车或出租车路线。
According to shift and overtime application, order meals and rational arrangement shuttle bus or taxi routing.
8. 遵循公司精益生产和管理的方针政策，支持公司精益目标的达成。
Adhere to company lean manufacturing and management policies, support company lean target achievement.
9.执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。
Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
a) Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
b) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
c) Actively promote positive safety culture.
10.公司代表安排的其他工作。Any other duties as assigned by the company representatives.
任职资格：Minimum requirements:
大学专科或相当学历Diploma or equivalent
1年相关工作经验1 year work experience
能熟练操作HRM, MS Office 办公软件Be skilled in operating HRM, MS office software
良好的英文读写及对话能力Fluent in spoken and writing English
积极的工作态度和良好的沟通能力Positive attitudes and good communication ability
