KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责

1. Make and implement cold storage operation plans according to the development strategies of the company, efficiently operate the cold stores, meet or exceed the operational and financial targets of the company

依据公司整体战略，规划并推进冷库运作策略，有效运作冷库，实现公司经营目标和财务指标。

2. Prepare the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual warehouse operation plans and budgets, monitor the implementation

组织制订冷库的周、月度、季度、年度运营计划及预算，并监督实施；

3. Organize the operation team to fulfil the warehouse operation tasks and achieve departmental targets

组织运营团队完成冷库运作任务及部门目标；

4. Prepare reports on stock on hand, inbound and outbound volume, stock turns, HSSE, etc. on weekly basis and report to the senior management

每周编制商品库存量、进出库吞吐量、周转率、职业健康和环保等业务报告，并向高级管理层汇报；

5. Allocate pallet space reasonably, increase the occupancy of the cold stores, master the dynamics of the stocks, make scientific plans and operate the cold stores in a safe, productive and cost-effective manner

合理安排库位，提高库容利用率；了解仓库存储动态，科学制订计划，以安全、高效、节约成本的方式有效运作冷库。

6.Establish a set of operations relevant KPIs

建立一套运营相关的关键业绩指标体系。

7.Establish and monitor KPIs related to safety, service quality, costs, efficiency, productivity, stock accuracy, occupancy, stock turns, HSSE, etc.

建立并监控冷库运行过程中各项安全、服务质量、成本、效率、劳动生产率、库存准确率、库容利用率、库存周转率、职业健康和环保等关键业绩指标体系；

8. Continuously improve the warehouse operation systems and working flows, monitor the implementation of standard operating procedures and safe work procedures

持续改进和完善仓库运行管理制度及操作流程体系，组织实施并监督、检查标准作业流程和安全作业流程的落实。

9. Monitor the whole operational process

监控仓库管理运行整个过程，确保运营顺畅。

10. Monitor the links of the operational process, find out problems and solve in a timely manner

严格监控仓库运行体系的各个环节，及时发现运作过程中出现的问题，及时解决；

11. Inspect the cold stores every day, monitor staffs to operate in line with standard operating procedures and safe work procedures, reduce the damage to stocks, minimize working mistakes, improve working efficiency

每天巡查库房，督促员工按标准作业流程和安全规范作业，减少对库存商品的损坏，减少差错，提高工作效率；

12. Prepare and rehearse emergency systematic reaction plans, report incidents in operation in a timely manner, handle operation emergency professionally

制定并演练系统的突发事件应急预案，及时报告运作过程中发生的事故，妥善处理突发事件；

13. Liaise with related government authorities, customers, suppliers, transport companies, portage companies, other departments of the company effectively to ensure the smooth and continuous operation of the cold stores

与相关政府部门、客户、供应商、运输公司、搬运公司、本公司的其他部门有效沟通，确保冷库持续平稳运营；

14. Oversee the planned maintenance of MHE, machinery and equipment

监督冷库作业设备和工具的定期维护和保养.

15. Maintain the relationship with customers, collect the demands from customers, handle customer complaints

维护客户关系，了解客户需求，处理客户投诉。

16.Strengthen service attitude of operations team, maintain the company image and brand

强化运营团队的服务意识，维护公司形象和品牌。

17. Communicate with customers, conduct operation reviews with customers on regular basis, collect the demands and requirements from customers, provide quality services to customers

做好与客户日常沟通和交流，定期与客户进行回顾，了解客户需求，提供优质服务；

18. Handle the daily issues with customers, handle customer complaints, follow up on the results of handling customer complaints, conduct customer satisfaction investigation, report to the senior management the results of handling customer complaints and the results of customer satisfaction investigation

处理与客户之间的日常事务；处理客户投诉，跟踪处理投诉结果，并进行客户满意度调查，及时把处理客户投诉结果和满意度调查结果向公司高级管理层汇报；

19. Manage customer relationship, collect and summarize customer information, establish and maintain customer operation database

进行客户管理，整理和编制客户资料，建立并维护客户运营数据库；

20. Keep abreast of the latest cold chain code of practice standards

及时了解并掌握冷链操作规范和标准的最新进展。

21. Manage the staffs of the operations department

管理好运营部的员工。

22. Draft the management systems of the operations department and monitor the implementation

制定运营部相关的管理制度并监督检查下属人员的执行情况；

23. Give business directions to the staffs, train them and give assessment to them

对下属人员进行业务指导、培训和工作考核；

24. Build and manage a cold storage operation team

组建和管理冷库运营团队；

25.Prepare and implement systematic staff development plan and succession plan

制定并实施系统的人员发展计划和梯队建设计划。

26. Finish other assignments from the senior management

完成高级管理层临时交办的其他任务。

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 技能，知识及经验

Minimum 5 years work experience within warehousing, distribution or manufacturing environments at a senior operations level. This position is open to all graduates and diplomas, however, the following subjects are advantageous:最少五年仓储、分销或制造行业高级运营管理经验。本职位面向所有专业和学历人员招聘，但以下专业优先考虑： transport, distribution or logistics; 运输、分销或物流专业 business, management or economics;商业、管理学或经济学专业 retail management; 零售管理专业 operational research;运筹学专业business information systems; 商业信息系统专业
