6. Salary-slip print and distribute

7. C&B Orientation training

8. Check situation of salary payment of Agency Company

9. Salary related certification and Resign/Dismiss certification

10. Eway maintenance

11. Benefit card application and issue

12. Provide salary related documents to audit firm

13. Being responsible for ISO14001/TS16949 coordinator

Job Specifications

1. Bachelor and above, majored in HR management, Financial management& Accounting

2. More than 3 years experience in related fields, multinational company experience is plus;

3. Team player with positive and can-do attitude;

4. Honest character, can working under pressure, highly responsibility spirit;

5. Advanced PC skills including Excel, Word, Power Point etc;

6. Good command of English both in verbal and written.

7. Familiar with labor law, tax issue and HRIS;

8. Excellent communication and negotiation skill;
