Main tasks / Responsibilities:

3.PE Methods Training: Preparation & Reports

4.PE Methods Training: Deliver

5.Be part of Improvement projects for supporting the achievement of Plant results

6.Development of Continuous Improvement culture within the departments/segments

7.Compliance with all relevant legal and realised internal standards

Qualifications required / Knowledge

1.Highest level of education:Graduate/post graduate (University/ Engineering School)

2.Subject area:Process engineering, Lean production, Quality system

3.Education:University/ Engineering School.

4.Occupational experience:Mini 3 years experience in Lean production management or / and Production management or / and Quality system management

5.Languages:Fluent in English

6.IT:MS Office

7.Key qualifications: Assertiveness,Team player,Strong Communication skills and of leadership,

Strong ability to coach and teach others,Moderation and presentation techniques,Organisational talent,

Personal responsibility,Adaptability
