Job Description：
1.Complete the recruiting task according to the recruiting plan;
2.Responsible the on board procedure for the new employee and leave procedure according to the process;
3.Coordinate with the training team for the orientation training arrangement;
4.Manage the contract process, ensure the signature timeliness and validity for the contract, Control the probation period process according to the contract;
5.Give the suggestion for contract modifying and company policy adjustment according to the labor law and company situation, and draft some policies;
6.Responsible for the position transfer work according to the transfer process;
7.Handle the satisfaction survey and summary the related data;
8.Inputting the HR basic data in E-HR system;
9.Participate in yearly budget, MTP and forecast recruiting plan;
10.As key user deputy of HR solution team of PC;
11.As deputy of PC supervisor of HR BG China job.


Job Specifications
1.Bachelor and above, majored in Management or related
2.more than five years HR experience, good skills of MS office, PPT;
3.Honest character, can working under pressure, highly responsibility spirit;
4.Excellent communication and negotiation skill;
5.Advanced PC skills including Excel, Word, Power Point etc;
6.Good command of English both in verbal and written.
7.Familiar with recruiting market and good cooperation with vendors;
8.Familiar with labor law, can handle arbitrary solely is prefer.
