Job Description:

1.Make inquiries for serial parts and development parts for project applications according to commodity strategy
2.Ensure the proper collection of all necessary documentation(capacity check, PPAP …)
3.Discuss and define material cost target for projects of relevant BU with BU / Project Leader
4.Identify material cost reduction ideas by using all levers with the support of commodity purchasing

5.Lead and follow up the implementation of those identified ideas in close collaboration with relevant department of the BU / project team
6.Negotiate price, terms and conditions according to General Terms and Conditions of Purchase
7.Development, preparation and conclusion of tool order/ contracts with suppliers for project applications
8.Selection of suppliers in consultancy with BU / project team, specialized departments with regard to commodity strategy
9.Follow up development parts by regular review with relevant departments and suppliers
10.Analyzing and updating Bill Of Material
11.Collection of information regarding projects milestone, volume …
12.Follow up monthly report of BU result
13.Integrate the commodity strategy in approaching of supplier and communicate it to BU / project team
14.Participate in elaboration of the commodity strategy by highlighting specific constraints of relevant BU
15.Evaluation of suppliers in coordination with commodity purchasing
16.Relevant environmental aspects control, programme implementation

Requirements:

-College or Bachelor degree
-prefer machnical or electronics
-prefer automobile industrial
-5 years+ expierence in purchasing
-Fluent in both oral & written English
-Familiar with MS office software
-Strong communication skills
-Self-motived
