培训专员
1)▲负责新员工的试用期管理；
2)▲草拟培训制度，培训预算管理；
3)▲组织培训需求分析流程，起草公司年度培训计划，
4)▲按照培训计划开展培训，建立培训档案；办理特殊工种或其他培训后的证件并妥善保管.
5)▲评估并跟踪培训效果，监督培训的有效性，追踪培训实施比率并提醒相关部门改进；
6)▲负责组织和开展员工入厂培训；组织和监督实施英语培训
7)▲协助相关人员参加海外培训,事前签订培训协议并严格保管；
8)▲负责每周简报的信息收集，草拟，发布和张贴；每周保留一份备查。
9)▲不断整理、更新员工培训档案，达到资料齐备，寻找快捷的要求；
10)▲完成部门经理交办的其他工作任务；


▲Responsible for new employees Probation Management;
▲Formulate Training Program, Training budget management;
▲ Organize Training Needs Analysis procedure, draw up the yearly training plan;
▲Organizing training according to the training plan, and establish training documents; Handle the certificates of special positions and other training and keep it well for file;
▲Evaluation and following up the training effect, and supervising the training validity; Track the training implementation rate and remind related department to make improvement.
▲Employee Induction training; Organize and monitor the implementation of English Training;
▲Assist related people to participate Overseas training, sign training Bond contract beforehand and keep it well.
▲Responsible for the information collection, drawing up, publicizing and posting, keep one hard copy for file each week;
▲Continuously sort and update employee training data, meet the requirement of keeping full data and file, quick to find out.
▲Execute other assignments by Department manager.
