人事主管

（1）在人力资源部经理的领导下负责公司人事工作，起草有关人事工作管理的初步意见。
（2）负责按用人标准配备齐全各类人才，人尽其才，合理调配员工到最适当的岗位上，做好人才挖掘、引进工作。

（3）负责保存员工的人事档案，做好各类人力资源状况的统计、分析、预测、调整、查询和人才库建立等工作。　

（4）具体负责办理招聘、劳动合同签订或续签，以及职务任免、调配、解聘、离退休的申请报批手续。

（5）具体负责员工户藉调动、职称评定、住房分配预案测算等管理工作及办理其申请报批手续。

（6） 负责工资、员工调薪、晋升、降级等相关工作的审核。

（7） 负责年终先进单位、个人的评选评比，授予荣誉称号的具体工作。

（8） 完成人力资源部经理临时交办的其他任务。

(2) Responsible for according to the standard to choose the employ persons equipped all kinds of talents, develop people, reasonable allocate employees to the most appropriate post, do a good job.
(3) Responsible for keep the employee's personnel file, do all kinds of human resources in statistics, analysis, forecast, adjustment, query and database building, etc.
(4) Responsible for dealing with recruitment, labor contract signed or renewed, as well as post appointment, deployment of application and approval procedures, discharge, retired.
(5) Responsible for staff by mobilizing, title evaluation, housing distribution plan estimates and other management work and the application and approval formalities.
(6) Responsible for salary, employee pay, promotion, demotion and relevant work of audit.
(7) Responsible for the annual selection of advanced unit and individual appraisals, awarded the honorary title of the specific work.
(8) Complete other tasks assigned by the HR manager temporary.
