职责：
1、 负责库存账务处理、核对库存商品、进出仓单；
2、电话接听转接 、资料管理、文件复印、传真整理、快件寄送、 签收,等工作；
3、负责公司资质证件的年检工作；
4、负责办公物品的购买、发放等领用情况记录；
5、上级布置的其它工作。

要求：
1、女性，大专以上学历，英语、商务英语专业；
2、英语CET-4以上，良好的听、说、读、写能力；
3、熟练应用办公软件， 如， Word、 Excel、 PowerPoint；
4、形象气质佳、工作认真负责，具有较强团队合作精神；
5、愿意长期与公司共同成长。

2. Reception tasks as answering phone, data management, document copying, faxing, delivering express, receiving the express, and other admin work.
3.Government formalities/business licenses application & update.
4.Fixed assets purchase and management.
5. Provide assistance to the management to deal with the routine office work.

Requirements:
1. Female ,college degree and above, major in Business English, English or related.
2. CET-4,good communication skills in both written and oral English.
3.Good computer skills in Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint.
4.Responsible and aggressive individual with team work sprit.
