1.Production Management. By Implementing PDCA, organize and follow up continues improvement activities, supervise and check that production process is effective; Ensure the documents and related process consentaneously and effectively. Supervise and monitor the ability of employees; Monitor the balance of production ability, to meet quality & productivity objectives.
2.TPM improvement. By increasing the level of Self-management; solving the focus problem and improving the status of proposal system to reach a low losses and a high efficiency. The same time, according to the environment and safety targets of company, by training and improving actions to carry out the environment system in operation
3.Communication and Co-ordination. By communication and coordination with other department, to achieve the better cooperation.
4.Budget control. In order to control the budget, make and implement department budget plan.
5.Sharing. Sharing and learning the best practice with all concerned sections
6.Others. Complete other tasks assigned by the Manager.
