岗位职责: Objective of Job
* Lead and coordinate an automotive development project, conformable to requirements of matrix project management
* Ensure and coordinate for products in project phase and series production according to time and quality requirements within the scope of technical feasibility and economic targets

Principle Activities
* Create project plans/concepts and assure they are followed in cooperation with technical or key project leaders as well as technical areas; introduce actions in case of deviations, as required
* Clarify the technical requirements with the customer and check the technical feasibility in cooperation with the special project manager for development, based on the requirements specified by the customer and explain the technical solutions in meetings with the customer
* Develop suggestions for project organization; select suitable associates in cooperation with supervisors and define tasks, rules and interfaces
* Assure compliance with set project indicators/goals and provide technical leadership for project associates
* Analyze and evaluate changes (internal/ external (e.g. product information, cost evaluations, etc.) in cooperation with departments, etc.), cooperate in negotiations (e.g. volume and costs of changes, etc.) and assure implementation
* Responsible for and ensuring correctly compiled schedules and coordinating the schedules with the customer's master schedule to ensure on-schedule completion of the parts according to the specifications of the OEM
* Support products in the series phase/model updates (e.g. model year change, LCI, MOPF, etc.)
* Develop technical solutions for part changes based on customer requirements manuals
* Check technical feasibility in cooperation with technical project management and clarify technical solutions and explain these technical solutions as part of customer meetings
* Participate in failure mode and effects analyses (FMEA) in cooperation with the Quality department, the material specialists and the designers in order to secure the quality of the product within the scope of the DRX standards and according to the customer's standards
* Maintain and update the CAD databases and ensure the updated data for the internal DRX digital drawing archive and the CAD database connected to the customer in the project and in the series before and after the geometry is tested by the customer
* Ensure smooth spare parts service within the scope of the spare parts list defined by the customer and adjust the stock to the number of parts required at the given time

Job and Work Requirements
* University degree (Bachelor) or above, majoring in mechatronic field or related
* 5 years’ professional experience in automotive industry
* Personal skills in working with customers, good knowledge of technical English, German as advantage
* Ability to work in a team
* Leadership
* Entrepreneurial way of thinking and dealing
