Essential responsibilities

Hardware design development including schematic calculation and simulation

Layout of PCB safety electronics according automotive standard

Development of test tools.

Development and follow up of hardware validation programs

Conduct design and layout reviews

PCB assembly and verification

Technical interface between customer, supplier and IEE development centers

Knowledge of automotive networks (CAN, LIN, K-Line)

People responsibilities, evaluate, control, and motivate team members

Budget plan and control,for OPEX and CAPEX.

HW Development strategy (e.g improve the process).

Organize project activities

Leading the team direction

Improving the hardware development process

Get team member trained and qualified.

Ensure document and code reviews are followed according the HW Dev. Process.

Education

University degree in engineering, electronics or informatics

Experience

Fluent English is a must.

key skills: ability to work autonomously in an international environment; creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude are imperative.

Excellent communication skills.

Organizational and leadership skills

Experience electronics system hardware design in an industrial environment (automotive would be an asset).

Good knowledge of PCB design.

2 years' experience in PCB layouting using E-CAD layout software (Protel, Altium, Orcad, Mentor PADS, Eagle….).

Experience in industrial production of electronics.

Electrical profile or Information technology bachelor degree with min 3 year of work experience
